Menor pes implica menor consum, especialment en els vehicles el\u00e8ctrics. Per aix\u00f2, el seu \u00fas \u00e9s cada vegada m\u00e9s gran. Aix\u00f2 comporta canvis en les condicions i necessitats de mecanitzaci\u00f3, especialment en el roscat. Aquests canvis requereixen el desenvolupament de nous dissenys, nous recobriments i noves condicions de roscat.<\/p>\n<p>Flubetech va rebre la proposta de <strong>Nueva Herramienta de Corte (NECO-TIVOLY) per participar a ALUSIT<\/strong>, un projecte d&#8217;Investigaci\u00f3 Industrial per desenvolupar noves geometries, acabats i recobriments que permetin superar l&#8217;abrasi\u00f3 dels aliatges d&#8217;alumini de fosa injectada i, sobretot, l&#8217;adhesi\u00f3 que produeixen aquests aliatges sobre l&#8217;eina de roscar.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto se inicia en 2021 con el apoyo tecnol\u00f3gico del centro de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.newtek-tech.es\/newtek\/boletin\/31\/entrevista.html\"><strong>RVCTI FUNDACION TEKNIKER<\/strong><\/a> y el apoyo econ\u00f3mico del <strong>programa <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spri.eus\/es\/ayudas\/hazitek\/\">HAZITEK<\/a><\/strong> del Gobierno Vasco ( ZL-2022\/00541).<\/p>\n<p>El projecte es va iniciar el 2021 amb el suport tecnol\u00f2gic del centre<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.newtek-tech.es\/newtek\/boletin\/31\/entrevista.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">RVCTI FUNDACI\u00d3N TEKNIKER<\/a><\/strong> i el suport econ\u00f2mic del programa<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spri.eus\/es\/ayudas\/hazitek\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HAZITEK<\/a><\/strong> del Govern Basc (ZL-2022\/00541).<\/p>\n<p>En finalitzar la segona anualitat, s&#8217;ha desenvolupat una metodologia per <strong>reconstruir mascles en 3D<\/strong> i realitzar simulacions que permetin aproximar el comportament dels mascles durant el proc\u00e9s de tall.
