Liderat per SARRALLE com a entitat coordinadora<\/strong>, el projecte compta a me s amb la participacio de <strong>10 empreses referents de tota la cadena de valor de l&#8217;hidrogen, i neix com una iniciativa singular a Euskadi<\/strong>, orientada a impulsar la descarbonitzacio industrial.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Flubetech Coatings 2021, S.L.<\/strong> desenvolupara recobriments amb diferents composicions qu\u00ed miques per a plaques bipolars i estructures de capa, cercant aquell recobriment que s&#8217;ajusti millor a les propietats requerides per al bon funcionament de les plaques bipolars: bona conductivitat ele ctrica i te rmica, alta resiste ncia a la corrosio , baixa densitat de defectes superficials, etc. El mercat de solucions desenvolupades en aquest projecte s&#8217;este n als consumidors d&#8217;hidrogen. D&#8217;aquesta manera, s&#8217;assegura la durabilitat de les plaques en condicions operatives extremes, tant en sistemes AEM com en PEM, maximitzant-ne el rendiment a llarg termini.<\/p>\n<p>A Euskadi, <strong>l&#8217;hidrogen renovable s&#8217;ha consolidat com una de les palanques estrat\u00e8giques<\/strong> per avan\u00e7ar en la descarbonitzacio de la indu stria. En aquest context, una de les vies me s prometedores e s la <strong>substituci\u00f3 progressiva del gas natural per hidrogen verd en processos d&#8217;alta temperatura, com els de la sider\u00fargia, la fosa, la ind\u00fastria paperera, el vidre, el ciment o la petroqu\u00edmica.<\/strong> Aixo no obstant, perque aquesta transicio sigui viable, e s imprescindible disposar d&#8217;un subministrament suficient d&#8217;hidrogen que permeti dur a terme assajos demostratius en condicions reals d&#8217;operacio . Actualment, <strong>l&#8217;abs\u00e8ncia d&#8217;infraestructures de subministrament per canonada des de plantes centralitzades<\/strong> de produccio d&#8217;hidrogen verd limita aquest tipus de proves a les instal\u00b7lacions industrials.<\/p>\n<p>Per donar resposta a aquesta necessitat sorgeix el projecte <strong>H2SKID<\/strong>, l&#8217;objectiu del qual e s dissenyar i construir un electrolitzador portatil i contenidoritzat que actu\u00ed com a solucio habilitant per al subministrament d&#8217;hidrogen verd a usuaris industrials finals. Aquesta infraestructura permetra desenvolupar campanyes d&#8217;assaig de llarga durada imprescindibles per validar el funcionament d&#8217;equips industrials alimentats amb hidrogen. A mes, el projecte aposta per una <strong>investigaci\u00f3 avan\u00e7ada en tecnologies clau dels electrolitzadors i dels seus sistemes auxiliars<\/strong>, per tal d&#8217;enfortir una cadena de valor so lida i competitiva a l&#8217;a mbit de la produccio d&#8217;hidrogen.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;electrolitzador H2SKID es concep com una <strong>plataforma experimental compacta, modular i \u201cplug &amp; play\u201d<\/strong>, integrada en dos mo duls contenidoritzats: un dedicat a la produccio d&#8217;hidrogen mitjan\u00e7ant electro lisi i un altre a la seva compressio i emmagatzematge. La solucio sera compatible amb tecnologies d&#8217;electro lisi <strong>AEM i PEM<\/strong>, cosa que li confereix una elevada flexibilitat tecnolo gica. Aix\u00ed mateix, el sistema funcionara com a banc d&#8217;assajos per a la validacio de components cr\u00ed tics tant de l&#8217;electrolitzador com del compressor.<\/p>\n<p>La solucio H2SKID sera validada en un entorn industrial real, concretament a la zona dels cremadors de preescalfament de cullera i\/o del forn tu nel d&#8217;ArcelorMittal Sestao, garantint aix\u00ed la relleva ncia pra ctica dels resultats obtinguts.
