Tous les proc\u00e9d\u00e9s PVD r\u00e9actifs reposent sur l’\u00e9vaporation et l’ionisation d’un m\u00e9tal qui r\u00e9agit avec un gaz ionis\u00e9 pour former des composites c\u00e9ramiques qui sont d\u00e9pos\u00e9s sur le substrat sous forme de rev\u00eatement. Les composites c\u00e9ramiques ont des duret\u00e9s plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s et des coefficients de frottement inf\u00e9rieurs aux m\u00e9taux.<\/p>

Ce m\u00e9tal est polaris\u00e9. Pourquoi\u00a0? Pour diriger les ions et former le composite bien adh\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 la surface du substrat.<\/p>
