Moins de poids implique une consommation r\u00e9duite, en particulier pour les v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques. Par cons\u00e9quent, leur usage est en augmentation. Cela entra\u00eene des changements dans les <strong>conditions et les exigences<\/strong> de l\u2019usinage, notamment pour le filetage. Ces changements n\u00e9cessitent le d\u00e9veloppement de nouveaux designs, de nouveaux rev\u00eatements et de nouvelles conditions de filetage.<\/p>\n<p>Flubetech a re\u00e7u une proposition de <strong>Nueva Herramienta de Corte<\/strong> (NECO-TIVOLY) pour participer \u00e0 <strong>ALUSIT<\/strong>, un projet de recherche industrielle destin\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper de nouvelles g\u00e9om\u00e9tries, finitions et rev\u00eatements permettant de surmonter l\u2019abrasion des alliages d\u2019aluminium moul\u00e9 et, surtout, l\u2019adh\u00e9rence que ces alliages g\u00e9n\u00e8rent sur les outils de filetage.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto se inicia en 2021 con el apoyo tecnol\u00f3gico del centro de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.newtek-tech.es\/newtek\/boletin\/31\/entrevista.html\"><strong>RVCTI FUNDACION TEKNIKER<\/strong><\/a> y el apoyo econ\u00f3mico del <strong>programa <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spri.eus\/es\/ayudas\/hazitek\/\">HAZITEK<\/a><\/strong> del Gobierno Vasco ( ZL-2022\/00541).<\/p>\n<p>Le projet a d\u00e9but\u00e9 en 2021 avec le soutien technologique du centre <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.newtek-tech.es\/newtek\/boletin\/31\/entrevista.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">RVCTI FUNDACI\u00d3N TEKNIKER<\/a><\/strong> et le financement du programme <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.spri.eus\/es\/ayudas\/hazitek\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HAZITEK<\/a><\/strong> du Gouvernement Basque (ZL-2022\/00541).<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 la fin de la deuxi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e, une m\u00e9thodologie a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e pour reconstruire les tarauds en 3D et r\u00e9aliser des simulations afin d\u2019approximer leur comportement pendant le processus de coupe.
